Chakras

The main function of chakras is interchanging the energy with the cosmos. The physical and the auric body receive the energy trough the chakras. If a certain chakra is malfunctioning the energy flow is blocked. As a consequence, the body (body parts connected to that particular chakra) begins to weaken. Furthermore, functioning of a particular chakra is reflected in ones perception and awareness on levels connected with that chakra.
Among its other functions is the transmission of energy between different layers or aura.
What follows is a brief description of chakras and their functionality.
CROWN CHAKRA (7th chakra)
- Color: white
- Upper part of brain
- Higher intellect, self
- Clarity, truth, able to see perfection in imperfection, creative ideas
- Seeing/understanding our surroundings and the greater picture, cosmos in general
- Bridge between the body and the mind
3RD EYE (6th chakra)
- Color: purple, indigo
- Frequency: 852Hz
- Pineal gland, lower part of brain, nervous system, ears, nose
- Problems with the chakra might cause: blindness, blurred vision, headaches, sinus problems, nightmares
- Spiritual world
- Love and connection with the cosmos and all forms of life
- Conscious approach to life, awareness, learning from experience
- Visualization skills, realization of ideas, understanding
THROAT CHAKRA (5th chakra)
- Color: blue
- Frequency: 741 Hz
- Throat, vocal cords, neck, shoulders, scitnica
- Problems with the chakra might cause: sore throat, stiff neck, colds, hearing problems
- Will power, responsibility for our actions, truth
- To give and to receive, accepting and adaptation
- Power of words, communication, speech (as the bridge between I and the rest of the world)
- Purpose, meaning of life, knowing where you fit in the world
HEART CHAKRA (4th chakra)
- Color: green
- Frequency: 639 Hz
- Heart, lungs, thymus gland, circulatory systems, respiratory systems
- Problems with the chakra might cause: asthma, bronchitis, lung disease, heart problems
- Love in general (love for humanity, nature, world around us in general)
- Willpower
- Relationships (emotions like joy, friendship, love, family bonds, anger, suffering etc.)
- Bridge between the physical and the spiritual
SOLAR PLEXUS (3rd chakra)
- Color: yellow
- Frequency: 528 Hz
- Stomach, liver, pancreas, gallbladder, digestive system
- Problems with the chakra might cause: diabetes, digestive disorders, gallstones
- Intellect, mind, mental world
- Rational thinking, intuition (it is important to keep a balance between the rational and intuitive)

SACRAL CHAKRA (2nd chakra)
- Color: orange

- Immune system, genitals, bladder
- Problems with the chakra might cause: impotence, frigidity, bladder or kidney difficulties
- Feelings for yourself and life in general (joy, happiness, anger, sorrow, sadness etc.)

ROOT CHAKRA (1st chakra)

- Backbone, kidneys, hips, legs, feet
